Return & Refund Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original or suitable protective packaging. Certain items such as digital products, gift cards, hygiene items, personalised products, or final sale items are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and cover the product price only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
